Sweet Hello Bridal & Formal Co. opened its doors in 2020, named as a promise to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all those we get to meet + celebrate.
From the very beginning, when Sweet Hello was only an idea, with lots of sketches, spreadsheets, Post-it notes, late nights, and naming sessions, we believe every bride deserves a special celebration and personalized experience while shopping for their dream attire.
We took that belief and put it as the heart of everything we do and everyone we help. We work hard to make sure that every person who walks through our doors, our brides, grooms, special occasion + prom tux/suit kids, and amazing friends and family feel loved, cared for, celebrated, and like family. Hence the name, Sweet Hello.

Meet Katie
Katie always knew she wanted to create a special and meaningful shop, but she wasn't sure what that exactly looked like.
Having recently been part of the bridal shopping scene for friends and family she remembered all the ways that were incredible + was coming up with ideas (in her head) how to make it even better. For those shopping for their special moments, YOU deserve the best, not the status quo. Period.
When Katie relocated back to the Watertown area, and learned a local legacy bridal shop was retiring, she knew there was an opportunity to deliver the exceptional experience all wed couples-to-be + special occasions deserve. And there you have it, in a few short months, Sweet Hello Bridal was born + opened to serve this beautiful community.
As of today, Sweet Hello is the 2022 Winner of the Best North Country Bridal Shop and featured in local and national wedding magazines. As we grow and continue to serve our community, our purpose will never change, you deserve the best.
We truly want to create a shop for you + since we opened, we continue to curate the best designers, update the shop experience, create easier ways to communicate, invest in continuous wedding + suit training, belong to an exclusive global bridal network, building an epic team, create extra sweet moments, and give back.
